Reporting and Invoice Training - 2026 Senior Center Grants

DDA will be hosting a virtual Reporting and Invoice Training for 2026 Senior Center Grant recipients on Wednesday, October 21 from 10:00a-11:00a CST (11:00a-12:00p EST) using the Webex platform. This training will detail everything grantees will need to meet their contracts reporting requirements and the process of submitting an invoice for reimbursement of grant purchases throughout the November 1, 2026-March 31, 2028, grant cycle. Attached you will find: * The required 2026 Senior Cener Grant – Mid-Term and Final Report template (word document) * The 2026 Senior Center Grant Invoice Template (excel spreadsheet) * Each grantee will receive their individual invoice template for their center before this training. We encourage all grantees to attend or if you are not able, have a representative from your center present. This training will also be recorded and shared with all grant recipients by the following business day.
